Managing without Russian gas

Anne Kat is engaged in building up the Global LNG Market service on Eikon, developing market analysis and forecast on supply, demand and pricing. Prior to joining the LNG team in 2013, Anne Kat worked as Commercial Manager at the Thomson Reuters Carbon Team. Moreover, she spent 10 years working at Norsk Hydro where she held several positions: as head of Nordic and Continental power market analysis team, senior analyst within oil and gas markets and negotiator of long-term gas contracts. Prior to this, she spent multiple years in the shipping industry and holds Master of Science in Petroleum Economics from University of Bergen, Norway.

Wayne Bryan is Director of European Gas Research at Refinitiv. Wayne has a degree in finance and holds a masters from UCL in international finance. Having started his career at a major energy supplier, Wayne then moved into consultancy working as a procurement analyst. His last role saw him working for Alfa Energy as a trader/market analyst, responsible for their commodities market intelligence delivery and content, as well as risk managing several large gas and power portfolios . He is frequently quoted in the media as well as presenting at conferences across Europe with a focus on European and global gas markets.

Marina Tsygankova is a Research Manager at European gas team at Refinitiv. Marina has been part of the Natural Gas European Research team for the past 10 years, building various analysis and writing market reports covering European gas market.

Before joining Refinitiv, Marina worked as a researcher at Research Department of Statistics Norway, Unit for Petroleum and Environmental Economics. Marina Tsygankova holds Ph.D and Master of Science degrees in Social Economics from University of Oslo.
