Donovan supports delivering of sales targets for Refinitiv’s customer & third-party risk solutions for the EMEA region, gathering and synthesizing customer requirements, developing high impact innovative demos and presentations for Refinitiv desktop solutions, including API's, and enabling and accelerating deal closure by selling value, advantages and benefits.

With regulatory and customer due diligence and financial crime subject expertise, he supports the sales motion through deep knowledge of Refinitiv’s solutions & it's deployment, customer workflows and relevant offerings. He collaborates with internal partners, such as content operations, proposition sales, account managers, customer success managers, technology and integration teams.

Helena is the Site Representative of Refinitiv in Portugal, working to strength institutional and commercial relationships in the country. Helena has a +20 years experience in the financial markets and recently joined the risk team as a Specialist with extended responsibilities in Spain and Andorra. Helena is passionate about the financial crime topic and aspires to leverage the incredible Refinitiv resources to help clients develop their business mitigating the risks of doing business with persons and entities that threaten their communities’ health and stability.
