Irina Avetisyan, Oil Market Analyst, Refinitiv

Irina is a market analyst at Refinitiv with a primary focus on fundamentals of the oil industry and market analysis for Russia, oil marine and pipeline infrastructure, and economics aspects of the industry. Irina holds a degree in Economic Geography and International relations from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Irina has been working for Refinitiv since 2013.

Degree of the bachelor received in 2000 in Azerbaijan State Oil Academy (Baku, Azerbaijan) for speciality “Economy and management in fuel and energy industry”.
Degree of the master received in 2004 in Russian State University of Oil and Gas (Moscow, Russia) for speciality “Economics of firm in oil and gas industry”.
In 2004-2010 worked as the analyst in “Vergen Group” consulting company (Moscow, Russia), was engaged in the analysis of oil and oil products market, wrote articles, reports and comments for company magazines – Russian fuel market, Moscow fuel market and others. Since 2010 to the present time works in representative office of Thomson Reuters in Moscow as the expert of LPG market.

Sofya Donets, CFA, Director, Russia & CIS economist, Renaissance Capital 

 

Sofya brings over 10 years of experience in financial and macroeconomic analysis. In her most recent role as Head of the Regional Analysis Division at the Central Bank of Russia, she led the Bank of Russia’s regional economic units restructuring project and regional outreach programme, communicating with media, market participants and businesses. 
She is a Certified Financial Analyst.
