Hear from Charmian Simmons as she explores the compliance and risk management challenges in the current coronavirus crisis.

Amidst the current health crisis supply chains are being disrupted, leaving many companies looking at how to rectify a ‘weak link in the chain’, how to respond to the board/committee and how to pivot to continue to support their business and strengthen their compliance and procurement program(s).
What you'll learn

  • How COVID-19 is impacting the supply chain and if companies have learned from prior crises, such as SARS.
  • BCP vs AML/BSA/FCPA regulatory adherence: Criminals are not stopping their enterprises due to COVID-19, so what level of due diligence and monitoring is enough?
  • Dynamic Supply Chain – when to review supply chain partners to understand concentration risk via jurisdiction and criticality.
  • Considerations in how to solve for the here and now + looking forward.
